Have been trying this since too long and also tried reinstalling windows couple of times nothing worked and finally my windows CD was spoilt and got stuck in bios I had to order for new RCD but HP foaled to send the right cdfor my laptop after complaining many times they agreed that they sent the wrong cd and they sent a new 1 which is worst then the previous CD so many drivers won't work and it has the same issue.
